Admission Docket

Admission Docket, including the admission form and a bulletin, can be collected from the office by paying Rs. 250. An additional Rs. 150 has to be paid, along with the admission docket, for classes I – IX for appearing in the admission test.

Kindergarten

For Kindergarten section, admissions would be based on the age of the children (as on 1st April of the current academic session) as given in the table below:

The parents and the child are invited for a discussion. Based on the development stage of the child, a suitable class is selected for the child, if the child is found fit to admit. Parents must admit their children by paying necessary fees within one week of the decision.

Classes I - IX

The admissions would be based on a 3-hour comprehensive test on subjects English, Mathematics and General Knowledge (including Science and Social Science etc.). The tests would include a mix of subjective and objective questions based on current class standard. For example, students seeking admission to class IV would be tested on subject depths that are being covered in class III. The test results are normally announced on the next working day. Children that do well in all the subjects are normally selected for admission. Parents must admit their children by paying necessary fees within one week of the decision.

Admission Criterion : XI

An aggregate of 65% in the Pre Boards, with at least 75% marks in Maths and Science.

An aggregate of 60% in the Pre Boards, with at least 65% marks in Maths.

An aggregate of 50% in the Pre Boards, with at least 60% marks in English.

Admission Instructions

  1. When filling the application form for admission, the guardians are requested to enter all particulars, with the greatest possible accuracy.
  2. All candidates who have previously attended any school should produce transfer certificate. This is compulsory for admissions to Class II and above.
  3. For fresh admissions a birth certificate should accompany the application along with 2 passport size photographs.No change in the name and date of birth would be entertained later.
